Meditation Painting . great for guided imagination. 
Imagin you are sitting in the center of world , all is calm , you are with your breathing...now add a dimension beneath you , water first it is calm , then start to spiral the water , in one direction around you when you are syncronised with this spiral , look at the sky infront of you , thet are blue , and calm , no clouds ...
when the sun start to set , and the warmer colors pops in the blue sky start spiriling the sky infront of you ... keep feeling the water under spiriling , and as you syncronised with the second spiral , make another one in the space above you .... 
try to syncronise with as many dimensions as you can , each spiral on another plain....this should get things moving inside ;)
